LINE CLEARANCE UNIT MEETINGS are held on the second Monday of every month at 5 P.M. at the Union Hall, 7444 Trade Street, San Diego, CA 92121.  Any changes to this schedule or special meetings will be posted to the membership.

ASPLUNDH CONTRACT:  The membership recently ratified a new three-year contract with significant wage increases in all three years and increases to health and welfare benefits.  The Union would like to thank negotiating committee members Craig Smith and Larry Day for their efforts on this committee.

NEGOTIATIONS:  The Union is in the process of contract negotiations with Davey Tree.  As of November 2008, we are expecting a comprehensive offer from the Company that we can expect to bring back to the membership.  The Union would like to thank Abe Escamilla for his efforts on this committee.  As soon as we have an offer to be voted on, we will inform the members.
