CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE

The Company has declared impasse and will be seeking approval from the MTS Board of Directors to implement their last, best and final offer. This will take place on Thursday, March 11^th at 9 a.m., in the MTS Boardroom on the 10^th floor of the Mills Building. All available Trolley Bargaining Unit members are urged to attend.

Local 465 is exploring legal solutions to this difficult situation. As more information becomes available it will be posted here on the webpage.
